VEH Exhibitor Cost: $500

The VEH Exhibitor package includes:

• Participation in the Virtual Exhibit Hall (VEH):
• Exhibitors will be listed on the VEH landing page, hosted on the WSP Website
• Each Exhibitor will have a dedicated “booth” in the exhibit hall to showcase information about your company’s product and services. Booth could include:
• Company Logo (high-res JPG or PNG file)
• Full Company Description (max 500 characters)
• Product Description, if any (max 500 characters)
• Up to three flyers/brochures to display at your booth (PDF format)
• Up to three (3) Image or Video Files (images should be sized to 1920x1080 pixels)
• Visibility not only to not only WSP members but to everyone who visits the WSP website.
• The VEH will be prominently featured on our home page and will remain “open” 24/7 through the end of the calendar year.
• Complementary display ad on the homepage of the website for three months (jpeg file, 166x180)
• Complementary display ad featured in three issues of the member e-news (jpeg file, 166x180)
